The hall can be used by groups and individuals of all ages, and is available for hire 7-days a week, 8am – 11pm and holds a Public Entertainment License.

A maximum of 120 people can use the hall at any one time, with seating capacity of 75 people.
Fees
Local / Regular User: £12.50 per hour
Standard User: £15.00 per hour
Kitchen Use: £12.50 per booking
Large electrical appliance surcharge
(e.g. Bouncy castle, disco/sound equipment): £20.00 per booking
Local / Regular User Day Rate: £125.00 per day
Standard Day Rate: £150.00 per day
Local Event Rate (Fri– Sun): £325.00 per booking
Standard Event Rate (Fri– Sun): £400.00 per booking
A non-returnable reservation fee will be required for an event at the time of booking.
Full payment for an event is required 1 month before the event takes place
The sale of alcohol is permitted only if the hirer has specifically obtained an alcohol licence (Temporary Events Notice) from Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.
